About This SiteHow it all beganFor me, I have always considered myself a health conscious person. During my college years, I became the workout and health “guru” among my friends. Once my career began in Human Resources, I began to again focus on health as a way to encourage employees to be healthy and ultimately more productive. This passion for natural health led me to begin a blog and ultimately to build a website espousing my interests and to share them with the world. The reasons were simple. I could pursue my hobby in writing about natural health, while creating a profitable home business in the meantime. Talk about a win-win situation.

In addition, I am such a financial conservative, I wouldn’t dare invest in a website if I didn’t believe it was worth my time.
