  • 4-6 large potatoes

  • 1/2 finely chopped onion

  • 1/2 C. shredded cheese of your choice

  • 1-2 tsp. Spike seasoning (how spicy do you want it?)

  • 2 tsp.chopped parsley

Scrub potatoes and slice them thinly. Put potatoes in a medium pan with just enough water to cover and boil for about 10 minutes. Make sure to not overcook the potatoes.

Once boiled shred them and heat oil in a large skillet. Form patties with the potatoes, cheese, spike and parsley. Fry up until golden brown on each side. Yummy!

Natural Health Tip

After you've boiled the potatoes, strain and drink the liquid. It is great for the heart due to the potassium and for balancing the body's acidity.
